You can permanently delete your Swoopic account and data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• Your subscription entitlement record on our servers.

Your photos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there — everything photo-related lives only on your device. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete requests within 30 days (usually much sooner). Records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons (e.g. purchase receipts held by Apple/Google) may be retained as required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.
